Teriyaki Beef Noodles
Use minced beef to make this super quick and delicious Asian inspired dish, perfect for dinner any day of the week.

Ingredients
- 200 g Minced beef
- 1 Head of broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 Red pepper sliced
- 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
- 1 Inch piece of ginger chopped
- 120 ml Teriyaki sauce
- 275 g Egg noodles
Instructions
- Add the minced beef into a large frying pan or a wok, use a wooden spoon to break it up. Cook over a medium to high heat until it’s browned all over.
- Chuck in the broccoli and red pepper, stir fry for a few minutes until it becomes tender.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for a further minute.
- Pour in the teriyaki sauce, then cook the noodles as per the packet instructions.
- Add the noodles to the teriyaki beef and toss to coat.
- Dish it up and enjoy!
