Easy Nutella Brownies

Use Nutella as the base to make these delicious fudgy brownies.

Ingredients

  • 450 g Nutella
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 60 g Plain flour
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 200 g White chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170C Fan. Grease and line a 20x30cm baking tin with baking paper.
  • Add the Nutella and the eggs into a large mixing bowl and use a whisk to beat until smooth.
  • Use a sieve to sift in the flour and cocoa, then use a spatula or large spoon to fold it through until it’s well combined.
  • Chuck in the chocolate chips and mix them in then spoon the brownie mix into the lined baking tin, then spread it into the edges.
  • Bake it for 20 minutes. Then take it out and leave to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, cut it into portions and enjoy.
