Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thigh fillets
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Bang Bang sauce:
- 100 ml Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 100 ml Natural yoghurt
To serve: (optional)
- Sesame seeds
- Spring onions sliced
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, then pop it into a bowl. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic granules, paprika, and olive oil. Stir to coat.
- Thread the chicken onto 4 skewers. Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Cook the chicken until it’s golden brown all over and cooked through.
- To make the bang bang sauce, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it well.
- Serve the skewers with rice, then drizzle over a generous helping of the sweet and spicy bang bang sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
