Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thigh fillets
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Bang Bang sauce:
  • 100 ml Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 100 ml Natural yoghurt
To serve: (optional)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spring onions sliced

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, then pop it into a bowl. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic granules, paprika, and olive oil. Stir to coat.
  • Thread the chicken onto 4 skewers. Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Cook the chicken until it’s golden brown all over and cooked through.
  • To make the bang bang sauce, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it well.
  • Serve the skewers with rice, then drizzle over a generous helping of the sweet and spicy bang bang sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
