Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 Rashers of streaky bacon
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 80 g Cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Place the chicken breasts into a mixing bowl, then add in the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Wrap each chicken breast in 3 rashers of streaky bacon, then place onto an oven proof baking dish.
- Bake the chicken for 20 minutes, or until it’s golden and cooked through.
- Spoon over the bbq sauce and spread it liberally over each chicken. Sprinkle over the grated cheddar then pop them back into the oven for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted.
- Dish it up with some potato wedges and vegetables then enjoy.

This is now a regular in our house, everyone loves it. Agree that if you double/triple the recipe it ends up being too much cheese. Other than that this is perfect.

Deffo making it again
Tripled this recipe for 6 people. Ended up being too much cheese but overall this was delicious and super easy to make. Will definitely make again.
