This Morning

I’ve been lucky enough to cook live on ITV’s This Morning a number of times. Here are a few of my favourite segments, including my first time, where I showed my vision board to Rochelle and Phil.

Saturday Kitchen

I was invited on to BBC’s Saturday Kitchen to promote my book Speedy Weeknight Meals, which went on to become an instant number 1 Sunday Times bestseller. I spoke to Matt Tebbutt about my journey from being in prison as a teenager, to completing the DofE awards, and finding my passion as a chef.

Quorn Adverts

As part of the ‘Quorn Revelations’ series, I was tasked with creating a menu using Quorn for some unsuspecting guests who didn’t know they weren’t eating meat. I created a Mexican menu on the first day, followed by an Italian themed menu on the second.

BBC Documentary

BBC Documentaries

My first ever appearance on television was in 2011. I was filmed as part of a documentary called ‘The Duke at 90’ for the BBC. When they interviewed me I was coming to the end of my prison sentence, and then they followed me to the palace to get my Gold Dofe Award.

Desert Island Dishes Podcast

During the launch week of my book, Watts Cooking, I chatted with Margie Nomura of Desert Island Dishes. Listen today!
