Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ tsp Garlic granules
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Oregano
For the sauce:
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 150 ml Chicken stock
- 2 tsp Cornflour
Optional garnish:
- 5 g Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C fan.
- Add the chicken breasts into a bowl, then sprinkle in the salt, pepper, garlic granules, paprika, and oregano. Mix the chicken until each piece is nicely coated in the spices.
- Bake it for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the honey, wholegrain mustard, Dijon mustard, chicken stock, and cornflour into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Take the chicken out from the oven and pour the sauce all over each bit of chicken.
- Bake it for a further 20 minutes.
- Take it out, spoon some of the sauce over each chicken breast, then leave to stand for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle over some chopped parsley if you’d like.
- Dish it up with potatoes or rice and enjoy.

Brilliant recipe, tasted delicious 😋 I did add a sauteed shallot to the sauce before adding back to the chicken, so tasty 😍
So easy to cook and so much flavour. Usually serve with small jacket potato and green beans. Delightful.
