Chocolate Orange Truffles

Ingredients
- 314 g Dark Terry’s chocolate orange chopped
- 50 g Butter
- 300 ml Double cream
- 20 ml Orange essence
- 2 Orange zest
- 50 g Cocoa powder
Instructions
- Smash up the two chocolate oranges and chop them into small pieces. Place the chocolate in a mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan, add the double cream, butter, orange essence and the zest of two oranges.
- Heat over a medium heat until almost boiling.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and leave to stand for a minute.
- Use a whisk to beat the cream and chocolate together until you have a smooth and glossy consistency.
- Pour the chocolate into a large tray and put it in the fridge for a few hours until it sets.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, then coat each one in cocoa powder.
- Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Enjoy.
