Smash up the two chocolate oranges and chop them into small pieces. Place the chocolate in a mixing bowl.
In a saucepan, add the double cream, butter, orange essence and the zest of two oranges.
Heat over a medium heat until almost boiling.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and leave to stand for a minute.
Use a whisk to beat the cream and chocolate together until you have a smooth and glossy consistency.
Pour the chocolate into a large tray and put it in the fridge for a few hours until it sets.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, then coat each one in cocoa powder.
Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
