Creamy Sausage Gnocchi
It doesn’t get easier than this delicious one pot gnocchi.

Ingredients
- 6 Sausages
- 1 Onion diced
- 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
- 400 g Tin of tomatoes
- 150 ml Double cream
- 500 g Gnocchi
- 40 g Parmesan grated (plus extra to serve)
- 25 g Basil torn
Instructions
- Remove the sausage meat from the skins. Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add the sausage meat and use a wooden spoon or spatula to break it into smaller pieces. Cook until it’s browned all over.
- Add in the onion and cook until it softens.
- Chuck in the garlic and cook for a further minute.
- Pour in the tinned tomatoes, double cream, and add in the gnocchi. Cover with a lid and simmer for 4-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens, and the gnocchi is cooked.
- Sprinkle in the grated parmesan and fresh basil and stir well. Taste for seasoning then dish it up and finish with more grated parmesan. Enjoy.
