Easy Mint Chocolate Truffles
These mint chocolate truffles are super easy to make. They make a delicious treat as well as being a great gift idea for Christmas.

Ingredients
- 300 g Mint chocolate I used Green & Blacks
- 200 ml Double cream
- 50 g Butter
Optional coatings:
- Chopped pistachios
- Chopped Hazelnuts
- Chopped Cadbury’s Flake
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place into a mixing bowl.
- Add the double cream into a saucepan and add the butter. Bring it almost to the boil.
- Pour the hot cream into the chocolate and mix it well until you have a thick glossy ganache.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into a flat dish and place it into the fridge for an hour.
- Roll out the truffles (making sure you have cold hands helps) and coat them in your chosen toppings.
- Refrigerate the truffles until you’re ready to eat them.

Not a comment just a question. I’m going to make the Easy Mint choc Truffles for Christmas and want to make quite a few, will they freeze ok as I want to do them before Christmas.
