Feta Saganaki
Inspired by my recent travels to Greece, this is simple fried feta is absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 x 150g Feta Cheese
- 80 g Plain flour
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 100 g Sesame seeds
To serve:
- 80 ml Honey
- 1 tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Lay out three separate bowls, one of flour, one of the beaten eggs and the last one of sesame seeds.
- Coat the feta cheese in flour, followed by egg and then into the sesame seeds.
- Heat a good amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Over a medium heat pan fry the sesame crusted feta until it’s golden and crisp all over. It should take 2-3 minutes on each side. Be careful not to burn it.
- Place it onto kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil, then plate it up. Drizzle over plenty of honey and sprinkle over some oregano.
