Lay out three separate bowls, one of flour, one of the beaten eggs and the last one of sesame seeds.
Coat the feta cheese in flour, followed by egg and then into the sesame seeds.
Heat a good amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Over a medium heat pan fry the sesame crusted feta until it’s golden and crisp all over. It should take 2-3 minutes on each side. Be careful not to burn it.
Place it onto kitchen paper to soak up any excess oil, then plate it up. Drizzle over plenty of honey and sprinkle over some oregano.
