Preheat the oven to 200C. Place the cod into an oven proof baking dish.
Add the softened butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, parsley, and salt and pepper into a bowl and mix it until it’s well combined.
Spread it evenly over each cod fillet, then lay over some slices of lemon.
Bake it for 15 minutes, then dish it up along with some of the buttery juices and enjoy.
