Cut the chicken fillets into good sized chunks then pop them into a mixing bowl.
Add the cornflour and garlic granules to the chicken and completely coat it.
Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan, once hot fry the chicken until it is golden all over.
Add in the butter and let it melt. Turn the heat down to a medium heat and add in the chopped garlic.
Give it a stir and let it cook for a minute, be careful not to burn the garlic though.
Meanwhile you can get the sauce ready, mix the honey, chicken stock, soy sauce and cider vinegar together.
Pour it into the pan and let it cook for a couple of minutes until it starts to thicken and becomes sticky. If it gets too thick, add a splash of water.
Chuck in the chilli and the parsley then give it a stir.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
