Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the meatball ingredients and mix until well combined.
Roll the mix into 10 equal sized meatballs.
In a large frying pan, heat some cooking oil over a medium to high heat and cook the meatballs until browned all over.
Transfer the meatballs to an oven proof dish and pop them into the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Use the same pan to fry the garlic, ginger, and chilli over a medium heat for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the soy sauce, mirin, and honey and stir well. Cook until it turns sticky.
Get the meatballs back into the pan, along with any juices, and coat in the sticky glaze.
Serve with rice, then sprinkle over sesame seeds, spring onions and sliced chilli. Enjoy.
