Preheat the oven to 200C Fan.
Add the chicken thigh fillets into a bowl, add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken.
Lay the chicken into an oven proof dish, then pour over any remaining marinade.
Bake it for 20 minutes.
Take it out, then lay the Pak choi and tender stem broccoli in between the chicken. Drizzle over the sesame oil, then bake for a further 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and the veg is tender.
Serve with some sticky rice, then spoon over some of the juices. Enjoy.
