Fast-forward 18 years, I’m working for myself and spend my days creating and sharing recipes, cooking at private and corporate events and helping to inspire others but particularly young people through my cooking.
Watts Cooking is my debut cookbook that was published in October 2023. It includes 100 recipes that are made simple, using ingredients that can be found easily in any supermarket. Chapters include ‘Speedy weeknight dinners’, ‘Proper comfort food’, ‘Plenty of pasta’ and many more.
