Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 Limes
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 5 g Ginger
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Spring onions sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
- Place salmon skin side down on an oven proof dish.
- Make the marinade. In a bowl add the soy sauce, sugar, sriracha, juice of the limes, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, and paprika. Mix well.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon to completely coat it.
- Bake it for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Spoon over the juices from the pan over the salmon.
- Serve with rice and green vegetables. Sprinkle over the spring onions and enjoy.
