Firecracker Salmon

Succulent, spicy salmon that is ready in no time at all using mostly store cupboard ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soft brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 Limes
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 5 g Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Spring onions sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
  • Place salmon skin side down on an oven proof dish.
  • Make the marinade. In a bowl add the soy sauce, sugar, sriracha, juice of the limes, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Pour the marinade over the salmon to completely coat it.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Spoon over the juices from the pan over the salmon.
  • Serve with rice and green vegetables. Sprinkle over the spring onions and enjoy.
