Preheat the oven to 180C Fan.
Place salmon skin side down on an oven proof dish.
Make the marinade. In a bowl add the soy sauce, sugar, sriracha, juice of the limes, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, and paprika. Mix well.
Pour the marinade over the salmon to completely coat it.
Bake it for 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Spoon over the juices from the pan over the salmon.
Serve with rice and green vegetables. Sprinkle over the spring onions and enjoy.
