Chilli Con Carne with Chocolate

This may well be the most delicious chilli you’ve ever tasted. Trust me on the chocolate bit, it’s only a small amount but it adds a whole new depth of flavour.

Thanks again for another fabulous recipe Jon! I made this tonight, didn’t have chipolte unfortunately so swapped for a chilli paste. I’ve never cooked chilli with chocolate so didn’t know what to expect but this will definitely be served up again! Delighted and delicious.
