Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 Small head of broccoli cut into small florets
  • 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 Red chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 4 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 100 g Spring onions sliced
To garnish:
  • Sesame seeds
  • Spring onions
  • Red chilli

Instructions

  • Heat some oil in a large frying pan or a wok over a medium to high heat. Add the minced beef, use a wooden spoon or a spatula to break it up into small pieces and cook until it’s browned all over.
  • Chuck in the broccoli, garlic, and chilli. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  • Now add in the soy sauce, mirin, sriracha, and honey. Keep cooking, stirring often until it starts to caramelise. This should take about 5 minutes. If you want to make it a little saucy then add a splash of water.
  • Add in most of the spring onions but leave some for garnish. Stir it through then take it off the heat.
  • Dish it up with rice, then sprinkle over some sesame seeds, spring onions and some sliced red chilli.
