Heat some oil in a large frying pan or a wok over a medium to high heat. Add the minced beef, use a wooden spoon or a spatula to break it up into small pieces and cook until it’s browned all over.
Chuck in the broccoli, garlic, and chilli. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Now add in the soy sauce, mirin, sriracha, and honey. Keep cooking, stirring often until it starts to caramelise. This should take about 5 minutes. If you want to make it a little saucy then add a splash of water.
Add in most of the spring onions but leave some for garnish. Stir it through then take it off the heat.
Dish it up with rice, then sprinkle over some sesame seeds, spring onions and some sliced red chilli.
