Honey Garlic Baked Salmon

Super quick and easy way to make salmon even more delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 30 g Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ Lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200C.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin side down onto a lined baking tray.
  • Mix together the melted butter, honey, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Spoon it over the salmon fillets to coat them.
  • Thinly slice the lemon, then cut each slice into half moons. Pop them over and around the salmon.
  • Pop them into the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  • I dished it up with buttery garlic new potatoes and tender stem broccoli.
  • Enjoy.
