Preheat the oven to 200C.
Place the salmon fillets skin side down onto a lined baking tray.
Mix together the melted butter, honey, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
Spoon it over the salmon fillets to coat them.
Thinly slice the lemon, then cut each slice into half moons. Pop them over and around the salmon.
Pop them into the oven and bake for 12 minutes.
I dished it up with buttery garlic new potatoes and tender stem broccoli.
