Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, pop it into a bowl then coat it in the cornflour.
Heat some cooking oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat, then cook the chicken until it’s browned all over.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Add a little more oil, then add the onion, mushrooms, and broccoli. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until it starts to soften.
Meanwhile make the sauce by adding all of the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
Pour the sauce into the pan, then add the chicken and stir well.
Cook for a few minutes, until the sauce starts to thicken and the chicken is warmed through.
Serve with rice, the sprinkle over some sesame seeds and sliced spring onions. Enjoy!
