Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, but not all the way through, then open it out. This helps it cook in about 6 minutes.
Season both sides with the paprika, garlic granules, onion granules, salt and pepper, then drizzle with the olive oil.
Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for around 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Remove the chicken from the pan and rest for a minute while you toss the shredded lettuce with a couple of spoonfuls of the Caesar dressing.
Split the ciabatta rolls and place them cut side down in the pan to toast.
Slice the chicken.
Spread more Caesar dressing over the toasted ciabatta, add the dressed lettuce, pile on the sliced chicken, finish with plenty of parmesan shavings and a generous crack of black pepper.
