Sweet Chilli Chicken Traybake

Ingredients
- 6 Chicken thigh fillets
- 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
- 20 g Ginger chopped
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 6 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 Pak choi cut in half
- 150 g Tender stem broccoli
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C Fan.
- Add the chicken thigh fillets into a bowl, add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Lay the chicken into an oven proof dish, then pour over any remaining marinade.
- Bake it for 20 minutes.
- Take it out, then lay the Pak choi and tender stem broccoli in between the chicken. Drizzle over the sesame oil, then bake for a further 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and the veg is tender.
- Serve with some sticky rice, then spoon over some of the juices. Enjoy.
